As part of our quality management initiatives in healthcare, our center organized a “Basic Life Support” training program for staff members. The training was designed to enhance patient safety and improve the ability to respond quickly and appropriately to emergencies.
The training program consisted of two phases: theoretical and practical. During the theoretical session, participants were provided with information on the importance of basic life support, the necessary steps in the event of cardiac arrest, proper intervention techniques, and current CPR practices.
In the practical session, participants had the opportunity to practice chest compressions and artificial respiration techniques hands-on using manikins.
Throughout the training process, the correct steps for intervention were demonstrated in detail to reinforce the staff’s knowledge and skills. The aim of this training is to ensure our center’s staff are prepared for emergencies and to maintain the highest level of patient and staff safety.
It is planned to continue these training sessions at regular intervals.
